TOLEDO OH Aug 10 2013 -- A lawsuit was filed Wednesday against a gas station after a Toledo man was shot and killed last year.
Torian Tall was shot on April 15, 2012 at the Valero Gas Station at the corner of Auburn and Monroe.
The lawsuit on Tall's behalf claims that Valero did not provide proper security to its gas station on the night of the shooting.
Police said this gas station had a history of violence and criminal behavior. A 22-year-old bystander was shot the same month Tall was killed in April 2012. A few months later, shots were fired at three people were shot June 2012 who suffered gun shot wounds.
