Man killed in stabbing after Lil Wayne concert www.privateofficer.com

Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are investigating the death of a 24-year-old man after he was stabbed late Friday night.
Police said James Warren Price was stabbed around 11:30 in the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater parking lot after the Lil Wayne concert.
Detectives believe Price was involved in an altercation with several other males. They said a female was also assaulted, but only had minor injuries.
Police said the men then left the scene in a vehicle. They conducted interviews with several witnesses, but don't have a vehicle description.
CMPD is asking anyone who attended the concert or anyone with any information about what happened to call 704-432-TIPS or Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
