Ryan M. Murphy pleaded not guilty to sexual misconduct in March.
Murphy is now charged with second-degree possession of child pornography. Court documents say the content showed minors engaging in sexual activity.
A third charge has also been added. According to court documents, Murphy illegally communicated with someone under 18 years old. He’s charged with communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
More than one student has made these allegations against Murphy. The English teacher resigned in August.
