NORTH MIDDLETON TWP. PA Aug 8 2013— An Armagh, Pa., man faces charges after police say he threatened to assault a security guard at the Carlisle Fairgrounds on Saturday.North Middleton Township Police said Rickey Rodkey, 48, was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance after a report that he threatened to assault a security guard during the truck show.
North Middleton Township Police officers on bicycles assisted security with taking him into custody, and Rodkey threatened to knife an officer during the investigation, police said.
He was arrested and later released. Police said he will receive the charges by summons.
