CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. June 16 2013 — A Chesterfield school custodian who pleaded guilty to child porn charges will spend nearly six years behind bars.A judge sentenced Richard Tracy to 5 years and 11 months in prison for producing and possessing child pornography — and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Tracy’s wife told CBS 6 News that she notified police in October after discovering sexually explicit pictures of children on her husband’s computer.
A school spokesperson said Friday that Tracy is no longer employed with the district.
