MILWAUKEE WI May 30 2013-- Milwaukee Police Officer Anthony Bialecki is facing criminal charges for buying $40 worth of Percocet during a police sting operation.On February 13th, Bialecki bought drugs from a citizen who sold Percocet during a Milwaukee Police Department controlled sale in downtown Milwaukee. Officers arrested Bialecki within minutes of him buying 20 pills of Percocet.
Bialecki told police he did not have a prescription for the Percocet, and that he planned to use the pills to supplement the prescription he has for Vicodin.
