Women charged after security guard slashed at Dartmouth business www.privateofficer.comv

Dartmouth Canada May 28 2013 Two women face charges after a security guard was slashed at a business in Dartmouth early Friday.
Police say two suspects entered the Sobeys store on Tacoma Drive shortly after 3:30 a.m. and attempted to steal several items.
The security guard confronted the women and a scuffle ensued.                           
The suspects then fled the scene but police were able to identify them with help from witnesses and video surveillance.
The security officer was treated at the scene.
Police arrested the suspects without incident at two separate Dartmouth residences Friday night.
Nancy Francine Chambers of Dartmouth, 43, was held in custody. She is due to appear in Dartmouth provincial court on Monday to face charges of assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen goods under $5,000.
Jane Chambers, 30, of Dartmouth was released from custody. She is due to appear in Dartmouth provincial court on June 11 to face charges of uttering threats, theft under $5,000 and breach of court orders.
