Rochester police say just after 6 p.m. Thursday, 39-year-old Antonio Conway tried taking off with some groceries. A Cub Foods security guard tried to stop him and according to police Conway began fighting the security officer trying to escape.
During the confrontation the security officer's hand was injured.
Conway has been arrested and ticketed for theft and 5th degree assault.
