Jefferson County Okl reserve police officer charged with sexting www.privateofficer.com

JEFFERSON CO., Okla_Jan 6 2013 A reserve police officer from Jefferson County is accused of exchanging explicit text messages and pictures with a teenage girl who was once his foster child.
Investigators say Robert Gutierrez, Jr. was arrested after the girl's current foster parent told police she had evidence of those conversations. The affidavit says Gutierrez admitted that the conversations happened over a period of several weeks last fall. However, he maintained they had several hundred conversations, and only about a dozen were of a sexual nature.
Gutierrez is a reserve officer with the Ryan Police Department. He is free on $20,000 bond.
