Louisville KY May 5 2013 A man was arrested at Churchill Downs in Louisville Friday morning after he got into a fight with a security guard and threatened that he had a gun.
The incident happened at about 8 a.m. Officials say the suspect, James A. Young, 44, entered Churchill Downs property and proceed to Millionarie's Row without a ticket or going through the screening procedures.
Officials say Young sat down at a table and began threatening patrons with a gun. He was asked to leave by track security, became billigerent and refusing to leave. Young then allegedly took a swing and began to fight with security before he was detained.
No gun was found. Young is charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree criminal trespass and first-degree disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.
