VIRGINIA BEACH VA April 24 2013 - A woman says a massage therapist at Va. Beach spa touched her inappropriately and police want to know if other women have had similar experiences with Seneca “Nick” Wayne Herington.He was charged following an investigation that began last week, said spokeswoman MPO Grazia Moyers.
A woman was a client at Serenity Wellness and Day Spa on Providence Road on Tuesday, April 13, according to police. She made the report a few days later and said the touching happened at the end of the massage.
Herington, 31, is charged with misdemeanor Sexual Battery.
Police ask other clients who may have had inappropriate contact with him to call the Detective Bureau at 1-757-385-4101.
