Jamestown NY April 5 2013 A Jamestown teaching aide is accused of spraying a 5-year-old student in the eyes with a cleaning solution.
Police say Terry Kemp sprayed the child in the cafeteria at Southwestern Elementary School in Jamestown.
Kemp is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Fortunately, the boy is not permanently injured.
