Athens OH April 4 2013 A substitute high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a teenage girl.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Devin Binegar, 24, had sex with a 15-year-old girl twice in the summer of 2011.
Investigators say Binegar had sex with the teenager at a party in Washington County, and again at another party in the same month.
Deputies said Binegar is a substitute at Frontier High School.
Investigators believe Binegar may have had sex with other underage girls.
