Ryan T. Andujar was charged with criminal trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct. According to a Columbus police report, a Dillard’s employee saw Andujar in the Peachtree Mall store and called police. Andujar called the store manager a racial slur and used profanity around Christmas shoppers while walking through the mall, the report said.As a result, the mall increased its ban of Andujar from one year to three years.
Andujar posted bonds totalling $945 Monday, but he forfeited them Wednesday when he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing in Recorder’s Court. His case was bound over to state court. Source:Ledger-Enquirer
